INTRODUCTION
MTZJ-95-9 is a manual cutting machine which idea for medium-size and small-scaled stone trimming and cutting, can works on granite, marble and other natural stones.
The crossbeam lifts up and down, moving right to left by electrical. and the blade travels on the beam by precise screw rod, which ensures the precise cutting. the blade spindle can rotate manually.the manual edge cutting machine is widely accepted by the market with features of compact structure, stable performance, easy maintenance and low consumption
Maachine worktable is controlled manually. Table with sealed oil filled guide, which well solved the problems of pollution and corrosion to slideway from water, sawdust and dust. table driven by the rack and pinion moved by hand-wheel, High quality bearings are used in the worktable wheels to ensure the worktable be light to drive by hand without too much force needed by operator.. Grooves on the worktable make it easy and convenient to set various size of stone material edge cutting.
Lubricant input holes are designed on the blade headstock. Makes blade spindle bearing easy lubricated, which better improve the smooth cutting performance and prolong the service life of stone cutting machine.
Machine can install blade diameter 350-500mm .
The cutting size up to 2700mm long by 1200mm wide.
The whole machine body including pillar, crossbeam and the worktable are built in high-grade strong cast iron with good stability and durability. avoid shape deformation.electrical components adopted top grades brands, ensuring the cutting accuracy and stable performance.
