INTRODUCTION

This is a Mini crushing machine special designed to process stone waste material, help stone factories make good recycle use of waste stones and create new values. It can works for marble, hard limestone, granite, basalt, cobble or other stones. Material after crushed can be widely used in building materials, highway, railway, etc.

Stone Crusher is build with rigid one-piece fabricated base frame for sound strength.and durability .There are two jaws inside the crushing chamber . One is fixed while the other moves back and forth constantly. In this way to compresses the rock materials and make it to break.till crushed size are small enough to pass through the bottom gap. With advantages of high crushing ratio, uniform well-distributed final product size.
Adopts deep V-cavity structure, expands the feeding mouth, increases the feeding amount, and improves the processing efficiency to ensure that the actual feeding and the ideal feeding amount can be consistent. The crusher has adjustable discharge granularity and feed granularity, so it has a wide range of applications and can meet the crushing production needs of different users.

The crusher has been continuously optimized, with compact structure, small volume, light weight, simple system, easy operation, greatly reducing downtime and increasing output. machine has low noise and less dust, which is conducive to the development of environmental protection.
