5+1 Axis CNC stone bridge cutting machine with milling head
INTRODUCTION
It is cnc stone cutting machine with 5 interpolated axes (X, Y, Z, C,A) well designed for the processing of granite,marble, quartz or other natural stones. Advanced automation and precision allows for fastrproduction of intricate designs and complex shapes. provide more flexibility and freedom for creating custom cuts and designs.
With this cnc machine , customer can choose the drawings already exist in machine system and to set the parameters you need to cut, or upload CAD drawings through USB.
Control panel with fast manual control and friendly software interface, meet all your operational needs.
Besides fucntion of normal 5axis bridge cutting saw machine, this 5+1 axis machine also equipped with an additional stone milling head , this is very necessry especially when you have a lot of countertop processing work to do.
With connection for the 5 Axis CNC Machine, teleservice is available, machine can be remote controlled ,in this case, customer can do operation even long distance from machine when in office or anywhere else, and technician can give remeote training servie to guide the operation of machine if customer have any questions.
Stone Cutting CNC Machine equip with camera, with the camera is possible to snap a picture of the slab, and then import the picture in the program to place tool in right position automatically.
This CNC cutting machine are made with cutting size 3500×2100mm,to satisfy the requirement for cutting large slabs.
Machine adopts linear track and ball screw, helical gear, high-precision planetary reducer, servo system, etc as movement parts. Greatly improve cutting precision and fast response.
The monoblock support structure does not require any foundations, which minimizes installation and set-up cost.
