INTRODUCTION
Wire saw machine 22kw from Mactotec, specially developed stone cutting equipment, mainly used for small area cutting in quarry and block squaring & trimming in workshop.
Equipped with customizable 3-10M rails to guide direction & wire tension. Our machine body & control stand is compact and easy to install for operation, very convenient to use excavator to lift it and move around in quarries.
Installed with two Yaskawa or Schneider inverters. A big inverter to control the rotation speed of the flywheel(main motor, powered by Siemens), a small inverter to control the traversing speed of the machine, controlled by PLC.
